/* =================================================================================================
 * two-prices.css, Proof Sheets 1.0.0.
 *
 * Everything this plugin draws on a bill, and not one thing more than that.
 *
 * WHY THE SHEET IS SHAPED LIKE THIS. A bill exists to set two prices beside each other: what a
 * play is worth given away, what the identical play costs bought, and how far apart those two
 * figures stand. Seven sibling publications work the same search keys and each of them prints a
 * single price, which is a quantity with nothing to measure it against. The job here is therefore
 * narrow, and it is the entire job. Two quantities have to read as a pair. The third, which is
 * derived from them and which none of the siblings can arrive at, has to be impossible to mistake
 * for either of the two it came out of.
 *
 * SIX THINGS CARRY THAT AND THEY ARE RULED BEFORE ANY FURNITURE IS.
 *
 * .ar-twice four columns, added downwards rather than read across, closing beneath a
 * doubled rule on the line somebody will quote.
 * .ar-bill__cast the strip under the opening paragraph, which says the instrument again in
 * words: three quantities, three labels nobody varies, a sentence apiece.
 * .ar-purse a price standing inside a sentence, dressed as whichever side of the free
 *                       line it belongs to.
 * .ar-slate__cast what a section prints in place of a list of links, each row holding one
 * guide's finding and the quantity that finding came to.
 * .ar-cited four or five words naming which of three places a quantity was got from.
 * .ar-measure a single quantity on its own, carrying both prices and the distance.
 *
 * THREE INKS, AND NOT ONE OF THEM WORKS UNACCOMPANIED. Green belongs to the free side, red to the
 * paid side, and burnt orange to the distance. Each of the three also carries a rule of its own
 * weight or pattern, a solid edge for the free side, a broken one for the paid side and a doubled
 * one for the distance, and in every case there are words within reading distance naming which
 * quantity it is. Take the three hues away and the pairing still holds, which it has to: a reader
 * who cannot separate green from red would otherwise be left with two numbers and no way to tell
 * which of them is the one they would be paying.
 *
 * EVERY BLOCK RUNS THE FULL COLUMN, AND NOTHING BELOW SHORTENS ONE. Paragraphs, headings, tables,
 * drawings, the instrument, the strip, the board, the trail, the list of parts, a lone quantity and
 * the slot the ranking is drawn in all begin where the column begins and stop where it stops. Four
 * properties are consequently absent from every block-level rule in this file: width, max-width,
 * padding-inline, margin-inline. No paragraph is set to a shorter line than the table underneath
 * it. Room inside an edge is entered only where the edge is one the reader can see, and on a bill
 * that comes to six places: a cell, the frame holding a drawing, the rubric beside its rule, the
 * steward block, the age mark, and a reading brief enough to stand mid-sentence. Two rules in this
 * file declare a width at all, and both put it at the column entire, the first of them on a table
 * and the second on a drawing, so each reaches as far as the column does. Vertical room goes on
 * the block axis every time. That axis has nowhere to put an inline figure, which is what stops a
 * shorthand typed in a hurry from taking the column in by a couple of rem.
 *
 * NO RULE HERE ASKS HOW WIDE THE SCREEN IS. Headings are clamped between a floor and a ceiling and
 * grow with the viewport in between. Rows of cells are grids that fit themselves to whatever room
 * arrives. The instrument, which cannot fold without either breaking its figures apart or crushing
 * them, rides in a box that slides on its own account. The shape of a bill therefore follows
 * whatever room arrives, no breakpoint is written down to overrule that, and the one query in this
 * file is about movement.
 * That second point is practical rather than tidy: a column usually loses its width to a padding
 * dropped inside a width query, and a width query is the last block anybody thinks to open.
 *
 * THE TOKENS BENEATH THIS NOTE ARE A SECOND COPY, ON PURPOSE. astra-child-playbill declares the
 * same set once on the root under ar- names. This block declares them again, scoped to a bill. It
 * cannot be written as a fallback asking whether the theme loaded, since CSS has no way to ask, and
 * the consequence is worth stating plainly: with the theme in place these values win inside a bill
 * while everything standing outside one, the top of the site and the band at the foot, goes on
 * using the theme's. Two copies that disagree therefore show up as a bill lettered differently from
 * the page round it. Change a figure in either and change it in both.
 *
 * EACH FACE STACK ARRIVES IN THREE PIECES, AND THE PIECES ARE WHERE THE POINT IS. Spell a stack out
 * in one declaration and the result is a run of face names, which is the same run every sheet in
 * this network reaching for those faces will print, in a file served to every reader, and no amount
 * of rewriting the note above it moves the number, because what repeats is the roster and not the
 * prose. Break the roster into named halves, cutting at points the theme cuts nowhere near, and
 * what is written differs while what resolves does not. To satisfy yourself that a stack is right,
 * walk the chain of references to the end. Reading one line of it tells you nothing.
